Outsourcing Your Payroll
Running a payroll scheme as a small employer can be a bit of a nightmare.
Real Time Reporting (“RTI”) requirements mean that payroll returns must be submitted electronically whenever you or your employees are paid and HMRC will penalise you heavily if you fail to do this correctly.
Rather than invest your precious time in trying to get on top of the constantly changing and often complicated payroll rules, consider handing over your payroll processing to me.
If you have just a few staff, or you are the sole employee of your own company, handing over your payroll processing to me will take a lot off your plate.
I can process your payroll data, submitting the required RTI returns to HMRC. I will also supply printed or electronic payslips to your employees.
Summary reports showing all relevant payroll totals, including your PAYE and NIC liability and the due date for payment, will also be provided.
If you employ more than a few staff, and especially if you pay them on a weekly basis, I am probably not the resource you are looking for; in this case a dedicated payroll bureaux is more likely to be suited to your needs.
